Solitude and Spirit – Palmyra New York Temple Visit

Our journey to the Palmyra New York Temple took us far from the noise of the city and deep into open fields. On this overcast day, the sky was heavy with clouds and the air felt still, almost pressing. As we arrived, there was no one else in sight—just the quiet countryside and the majestic temple rising gently from the land. The solitude was profound. In that silence, I felt a sacred stillness settle in my heart. This temple, built near the birthplace of the Restoration, carries a special spirit. It reminded me that sometimes, God speaks the loudest in places where the world falls completely silent. That day, far from crowds and traffic, I felt closer to heaven.
